Shipment Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

We offer international shipping via FedEx, DHL Express, Express Mail Service (EMS), and Standard Air Shipping by Postal Service.

• Customers may choose their preferred carrier during checkout
• A tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout

All shipments include a tracking number and delivery confirmation through the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Once your order ships, the tracking number will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout so you can monitor its status in real time.

Delivery Policy & Liability

By default, a signature is not required upon delivery. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and complete.

We are not responsible for:

• Packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier delivery confirmation
• Delays caused by address errors or circumstances beyond our control
• Shipments left unattended at the delivery location

Optional: Insured Shipping & Signature on Delivery

If you would like added security, we offer:

• Insured shipping via FedEx, DHL Express, or Express Mail Service (EMS).
• The option to require a signature upon delivery via FedEx or DHL Express.

Order Processing Times

• Ready-stock items ship within 3–5 business days*
• Pre-order items ship after the release date. Please check the product description for estimated timelines.
